The steel coil recognizing and grabbing method comprises the steps that the swing period of a travelling crane clamp is obtained; determining the time when the crane clamp swings to the highest point; and according to the moment when the crane clamp swings to the highest point and the swing period of the crane clamp, the closing moment of the crane clamp mechanism is obtained, and when the crane clamp mechanism is closed, the crane clamp is controlled to be closed to complete coil clamping. The movement state of the clamp is recognized and judged through a machine vision algorithm, so that the coil clamping action under the shaking state of the clamp is achieved, the time for waiting for angle reduction is greatly shortened, and the overall production efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种基于机器视觉的钢卷识别抓取方法和系统,包括:获取行车夹钳的摆动周期;确定行车夹钳摆动到最高点的时机;根据所述行车夹钳摆动到最高点的时机、行车夹钳的摆动周期,得到行车夹钳机构的闭合时机,并在所述行车夹钳机构闭合时控制行车夹钳闭合完成夹卷。本发明通过机器视觉算法,识别判断夹钳运动状态,从而实现在夹钳晃动状态下的夹卷动作,大大缩短了等待角度减小的时间,提高了整体生产效率。
