When the telescopic supporting steel beam is in the stretching state, the two ends of the telescopic supporting steel beam are connected with building structure supporting points, when the telescopic supporting steel beam is in the contracting state, the two ends of the telescopic supporting steel beam are disconnected with the building structure supporting points so that the telescopic supporting steel beam can be lifted, and the supporting systems are lifted towards the top end in a reciprocating mode based on the climbing process of the tower crane so that supporting of the tower crane can be completed. The main body part of the tower crane is provided with a plurality of movable supporting blocks; a hoisting device is arranged at the top end of the main body part of the tower crane; and the tower crane climbs on the climbing belt through the jacking operation of the jacking mechanism.
