The invention discloses a battery pack system based on a bionic energy absorption structure and a design method thereof. The system comprises a battery pack system and a cobweb honeycomb energy absorption structure, the method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a CAD model and a finite element model of the bionic energy absorption structure; 2) establishing a finite element model and an obstacle model of the battery pack system; (3) under the condition that whether the bionic energy absorption structure is installed or not, the stress and deformation of a lower shell of the finite element model of the battery pack system are tested when the battery pack system collides with an obstacle on the front side; and (4) comparing the stress change and the deformation change of the lower shell under the condition that whether the bionic energy absorption structure is installed or not, judging whether the change meets the requirement or not, and if not, changing the parameters and returning to the step (1). According to the method, the battery pack anti-collision structure meeting the requirements of light weight and high energy absorption is designed, the honeycomb structure and the finite element model of the battery pack system are established, the improvement degree of the honeycomb structure on the crashworthiness of the battery pack system is judged through numerical analysis, and the cost of real experimental verification is reduced.

    一种基于仿生吸能结构的电池包系统及其设计方法,系统包括:电池包系统、蛛网蜂窝吸能结构;方法包括:1)建立仿生吸能结构的CAD模型以及有限元模型;2)建立电池包系统的有限元模型及障碍物模型;3)在有无安装仿生吸能结构的情况下,测试电池包系统正面撞击障碍物时,电池包系统有限元模型的下壳体应力与变形量;4)比较在有无安装仿生吸能结构的情况下,下壳体应力变化与变形量变化,并判断所述变化是否满足要求,若否,则更改参数,并返回步骤1)。本发明设计了兼顾轻量化与高吸能需求的电池包防撞结构,通过建立蜂窝结构与电池包系统的有限元模型,利用数值分析判断蜂窝结构对电池包系统耐撞性的提升程度,降低了真实实验验证的成本。
