The upper end of the sliding column (26) is hinged to a vehicle body, the lower end of the sliding column (26) is fixedly connected with the steering knuckle (24), the spiral spring (27) is installed on the sliding column, and when the sliding column (26) is compressed or stretched, the spiral spring (27) is compressed or stretched; the sliding column (26) is arranged on the upper side of the center line of a wheel, the front lower swing arm (29) and the rear lower swing arm (21) are arranged on the lower side of the center line of the wheel, one end of the front lower swing arm (29) and one end of the rear lower swing arm (21) are rotationally connected with a vehicle body, and the other end of the front lower swing arm (29) and the other end of the rear lower swing arm (21) are hinged to the steering knuckle (24).
