The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first state information of people in an automobile; based on the first state information of at least one person in the persons in the automobile, whether the at least one person meets a first preset condition for releasing a target atomized matter or not is judged; if it is judged that the at least one person meets the first preset condition for releasing the target atomized matter, the automobile is controlled to release the target atomized matter; wherein the first preset condition for releasing the target atomized matter is used for representing that people in the automobile cannot release the target atomized matter.
