The environment information sensing system senses surrounding environment information and posture information of the environment information sensing system, sends GPS data, gyroscope data, ultrasonic data and other information to a main control module of the ship body control system, and pushes obtained camera graphic data to a service port of the local network controller. The local service is mapped to the port of the cloud server through the port so as to be accessed by personnel equipment; when the user control system operates, the user control system is automatically bound with the IP and the port of the cloud server for access, obtains hull camera data, and can issue a control instruction at the same time. And the ship body control system acquires an instruction issued by the user control system, performs intelligent path planning in combination with data acquired by the environment information sensing system, and drives the ship body to move towards a specified direction.
