The invention discloses an energy management method, device and equipment for a hybrid power ship and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a semi-empirical model of the life loss of a battery, adding a penalty factor related to the life of the battery into an energy management strategy, and fully considering the influence of the output current rate of the battery on the life loss of the battery. And multi-objective optimization of battery life attenuation and fuel consumption of the diesel engine set is realized.
