The invention relates to a crossing type obstacle crossing device which comprises a mounting body, a first walking mechanism, a second walking mechanism and a telescopic mechanism, the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism are rotationally connected with the front side and the rear side of the mounting body respectively, and the telescopic mechanism is telescopically connected to the two sides of the mounting body; the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the base, located between the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism and used for assisting one of the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism to support the installation body when the other one leaves the ground. According to the crossing type obstacle crossing device, when one of the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism leaves the ground for obstacle crossing, the telescopic mechanism assists the other walking mechanism in supporting the mounting body, the crossing type obstacle crossing mode is achieved, and the continuity of normal walking on a flat road surface and obstacle crossing actions is considered; and the obstacle crossing efficiency and the trafficability of the obstacle crossing device are improved.
