The invention relates to the technical field of rockets, in particular to a modular low-impact satellite-rocket separation device which comprises a satellite butt joint support, a satellite-rocket separation spring, a rocket butt joint support, an initiating explosive device satellite storage box, an explosive bolt and an initiating explosive device rocket storage box. The satellite butt joint support is provided with a first butt joint hole, and the opening of the initiating explosive device satellite storage box is fixed to the periphery of the first butt joint hole. The rocket butt joint support is provided with a second butt joint hole, and the opening of the initiating explosive device rocket storage box is fixed to the periphery of the second butt joint hole; explosive bolts penetrate through the first butt joint holes and the second butt joint holes to fixedly connect the satellite butt joint support and the rocket butt joint support together; the lower end of the satellite-rocket separation spring is connected with the rocket docking support, the upper end of the satellite-rocket separation spring makes contact with the satellite docking support, and the rocket docking support and the satellite docking support tightly press the satellite-rocket separation spring. The satellite-rocket separation mechanism can be prevented from being limited by the support of the docking interface of the spacecraft, and the reliability of satellite-rocket separation is also improved.
