The second picture is a picture that the vehicle crosses the stop line and contains the license plate of the vehicle when the signal lamp is red. The third picture is a picture that the vehicle crosses the stop line when the signal lamp is red. The fourth picture is a picture that the vehicle crosses the stop line, has preset displacement and reflects the driving-out direction when the signal lamp is red. Thus, the electronic device captures three pictures, namely the first picture, the third picture and the fourth picture, the electronic device cannot recognize the license plate of the vehicle based on the first picture, and the electronic device recognizes the license plate of the vehicle by additionally capturing the second picture, so that the requirement for capturing the red light running of the trolley is met, and the requirement for capturing the red light running of the cart is met.
