The invention relates to a vibration isolation structure of a rubber suspension and the rubber suspension. The vibration isolation structure comprises a vibration isolation part connected between a lower connecting part and an upper connecting part of the rubber suspension; wherein the vibration isolation part is provided with a plurality of vibration isolation layers, and the multiple vibration isolation layers are sequentially arranged in the direction from the upper connecting part to the lower connecting part; in the multiple vibration isolation layers, the rubber hardness of the vibration isolation layers is gradually reduced in sequence in the direction from the vibration isolation layer located in the middle to the upper connecting part and in the direction from the vibration isolation layer located in the middle to the lower connecting part. According to the vibration isolation structure, the vibration isolation layers with different hardness gradients are arranged in the vibration isolation part, impact and vibration energy can be absorbed, meanwhile, the vibration isolation structure has certain structural strength due to the fact that the vibration isolation layers are provided with the parts with the relatively high hardness, and therefore when large impact is dealt with, the vibration isolation structure is not prone to falling off. And the vibration isolation layer with relatively high hardness can be used for supporting, so that the vibration isolation layer is more stable.
