The invention relates to a variable speed-limiting control method and a variable speed-limiting control system for multi-region divided lanes of an expressway. The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining traffic flow data; secondly, according to the current traffic flow data, the opening and closing conditions of the speed limiting area of each lane and the speed limiting value of each lane are determined, the speed limiting area of each lane is divided in advance, and the speed limiting area comprises a normally-open speed limiting area and a buffer speed limiting area and is located in front of the bottleneck area of the expressway; and finally, according to the current opening and closing condition of the speed limiting area and the difference value of the speed limiting values of the different lanes, the current vehicle lane changing direction is determined, the vehicle is guided to change the lane in advance, the traffic flow data is obtained again, and the difference value of the speed limiting values of the different lanes is determined by the current speed limiting value. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the accuracy of multi-region and multi-lane variable speed limit control of the expressway and the adaptability to different traffic conditions are improved, the traffic jam condition of the expressway is relieved, and more effective traffic control measures are provided.

    本发明涉及一种高速公路多区域分车道可变限速控制方法及系统。该方法首先获取交通流数据;其次,根据当前的交通流数据,确定各车道的限速区域开闭情况和各车道的限速值,各车道的限速区域是预先划分的,限速区域包括常开限速区域和缓冲限速区域,并位于高速公路瓶颈区域之前;最后,根据当前的限速区域开闭情况和不同车道的限速值差值,确定当前的车辆换道方向、引导车辆提前换道,并重新获取交通流数据,不同车道的限速值差值由当前的限速值确定。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高高速公路多区域、多车道可变限速控制的精确性和对不同交通情况的适应性,缓解高速公路交通拥堵情况,提供更加有效的交通管控措施等优点。
