The invention discloses a multifunctional wheel type inspection robot for an IDC machine room based on indoor perception, the multifunctional wheel type inspection robot comprises a main shell, a walking mechanism, a control mechanism and an inspection mechanism, the walking mechanism is connected with the bottom of the main shell, the control mechanism is arranged in the main shell, and one end of the main shell is provided with a mounting platform corresponding to the inspection mechanism; the walking mechanism comprises a rear wheel and two front wheels which are symmetrically arranged, a supporting frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the main shell, the rear wheel is rotationally connected with the interior of the supporting frame, a driving motor is fixedly connected to one end of the supporting frame, and the output end of the driving motor is connected with the input end of the rear wheel; the bottom of the end, away from the supporting frame, of the main shell is fixedly connected with a first motor. Through the arrangement of the adjusting mechanism and the remote control mechanism, the inspection robot can remotely and freely adjust the inspection mechanism according to actual inspection requirements, so that the application effect of the inspection robot is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了基于室内感知的IDC机房用多功能轮式巡检机器人,包括主壳体、行走机构、控制机构和巡检机构,所述行走机构与主壳体的底部连接,所述控制机构设置于主壳体的内部,所述主壳体的一端设有与巡检机构对应的安装平台;所述行走机构包括后轮和对称设置的两个前轮,所述主壳体的底部固定连接有支撑架,所述后轮与支撑架的内部转动连接,所述支撑架的一端固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端与后轮的输入端连接,所述主壳体远离支撑架一端的底部固定连接有第一电机。本发明通过调节机构和远程控制机构的设置,使巡检机器人可以根据实际的巡检需要进行巡检机构的远程自由调节,从而有效提升了巡检机器人的应用效果。
