The invention provides a battery thermal runaway test method and device and an electric vehicle system.The battery thermal runaway test method comprises the steps that a target battery is placed in a reaction environment to be continuously heated, and a first target parameter is continuously obtained in the heating process; calculating a second target parameter according to the first target parameter; and comparing the second target parameter with a preset condition of thermal runaway, and if the second target parameter meets the preset condition, judging that the state of the target battery is a thermal runaway state. When thermal runaway occurs in different SOC modes in a non-adiabatic environment, thermal runaway triggering conditions of the battery are detected, a whole-system early warning temperature is provided for thermal runaway of the battery in different SOC modes, early warning parameters are provided for practical application of the battery, and reference is provided for model selection of electric vehicle system parts. Parts such as a single battery explosion-proof valve, a battery pack explosion-proof valve and a smoke sensor are adopted, the test cost is low, and the thermal runaway test of large-capacity and large-size single batteries can be compatible.
本申请提供一种电池热失控测试方法、装置及电动车系统,所述电池热失控测试方法包括将目标电池放入反应环境中持续加热,在加热过程中持续获取第一目标参数;根据第一目标参数计算得到第二目标参数;将第二目标参数与发生热失控的预设条件进行比对,若第二目标参数满足预设条件,则判定目标电池所处状态为热失控状态。在无绝热环境下不同SOC模式下发生热失控,探测其热失控触发条件,为电池在不同SOC模式时发生热失控提供全系预警温度,为电池的实际应用提供预警参数并为电动车系统零配件的选型提供参考,零配件例如为单体电池防爆阀、电池包防爆阀、烟感传感器,同时测试成本低,可兼容大容量和大尺寸的单体电池热失控测试。
