The invention relates to the technical field of battery replacement, and discloses a vehicle leveling method and system for a battery replacement station, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the height data of a chassis of a target vehicle when the target vehicle enters the battery replacement station, and the height data comprises the height differences between the chassis and a battery taking and placing mechanism in four directions; judging whether the target vehicle is in a limit working condition or not based on the height data; when the target vehicle is not in the limit working condition, comparing the height data in each diagonal direction, and adjusting the height of the left rear lifting mechanism or the height of the right rear lifting mechanism based on a comparison result; and the adjusted height data are obtained, whether the adjusted height data are smaller than a preset threshold value or not is judged, and when the adjusted height data are smaller than the preset threshold value, leveling is stopped. According to the method, the heights of the two rear wheel independent lifting mechanisms only need to be adjusted according to the height data, the battery replacement stability and the battery replacement efficiency are improved, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及换电技术领域,公开了一种换电站的车辆调平方法和系统,包括:当目标车辆进入换电站,获取所述目标车辆底盘的高度数据,所述高度数据包括底盘在四个方向上分别与电池取放机构的高度差;基于所述高度数据判断所述目标车辆是否处于极限工况;当所述目标车辆未处于极限工况,比较各对角方向的高度数据,基于比较结果调整左后方抬升机构的高度或右后方抬升机构的高度;获取调整后的高度数据,并判断所述调整后的高度数据是否小于预设阈值,当小于所述预设阈值,则停止调平。本方法只需根据高度数据调整两个后轮独立举升机构的高度,提高换电稳定性以及换电效率,降低运营维护成本。
