The invention discloses an elevator block brake state monitoring system and a grading fault diagnosis method. The method comprises the steps that brake state signals are collected and preprocessed; wherein the brake state signal comprises vibration data of the traction machine in the Z-axis direction, current data of a brake loop of the traction machine, temperature data of a brake shoe of the brake and rotating speed data of a traction wheel; inputting the brake state signal into a pre-trained anomaly detection model, and judging whether the current brake is in an abnormal state or not through the anomaly detection model; when the abnormality detection model judges that the current brake is in an abnormal state, inputting the brake state signal into a pre-trained fault diagnosis model to obtain a fault type; wherein the fault diagnosis model comprises a band-type brake operation fault diagnosis model, a brake release moment abnormal fault diagnosis model, a band-type brake moment abnormal fault diagnosis model and a braking force abnormal fault diagnosis model; and generating an alarm signal in response to the fault type.
本发明公开了一种电梯块式制动器状态监测系统及分级故障诊断方法,包括:采集制动器状态信号,并进行预处理;其中,所述制动器状态信号包括:曳引机在Z轴方向的振动数据、曳引机制动器回路的电流数据、制动器闸瓦的温度数据和曳引轮的转速数据;将制动器状态信号输入至预先训练好的异常检测模型,通过异常检测模型判定当前制动器是否处于异常状态;当异常检测模型判定当前制动器处于异常状态时,将制动器状态信号输入至预先训练好的故障诊断模型中,得到故障类型;其中,所述故障诊断模型包括:抱闸运行故障诊断模型、松闸时刻异常故障诊断模型、抱闸时刻异常故障诊断模型和制动力异常故障诊断模型;响应于故障类型,生成报警信号。
