The invention relates to the field of high-altitude operation, and discloses a telescopic arm forklift loader. The carrying, posture adjustment and positioning installation of the angle steel are realized through the stretching and amplitude variation of the arm support, the amplitude variation adjustment of the accessory amplitude variation mechanism on the angle steel installation accessory hinged to the head part of the arm support, and the multi-degree-of-freedom adjustment of the angle steel installation accessory; specifically, angle steel is clamped by an angle steel clamping mechanism in the angle steel installation accessory, high-altitude installation operation of the angle steel is achieved mainly through an arm support telescopic device, an arm support amplitude changing device and an accessory amplitude changing mechanism, and the inclination angle of the angle steel relative to the ground is jointly adjusted by a first inclination angle adjusting mechanism and a second inclination angle adjusting mechanism in the angle steel installation accessory. The flexible position adjustment of the angle steel in the carrying, posture adjustment and positioning installation processes is realized by a direction adjusting mechanism and four linear adjusting mechanisms in the angle steel installation accessory; therefore, tower leg installation can be effectively simplified, manpower and needed machines and tools are saved, and installation efficiency and operation safety are improved.
