In addition, the medicament enters from top to bottom when being added and sinks in an accelerated manner by virtue of gravity, and the mobility of the medium in the pipe can accelerate the discharge of the medicament from the medicament discharge part on the back flow side because the pressure intensity of the back flow surface is smaller than that of the incident flow surface, so that the medicament is ensured to be smoothly added in the large-drift-diameter condensed water or seawater pipeline.
