The invention provides an installation method and an installation base of a wing-shaped hard sail, and belongs to the field of ship design and manufacturing. The mounting method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: based on a preset first three-dimensional coordinate system, positioning and assembling a main pivot base, a lock pin shaft base and an oil cylinder pin shaft base in sections to obtain a mounting base; the mounting base is transported to the ship, and the mounting base is positioned and mounted on the ship based on a second three-dimensional coordinate system preset on the ship; and based on the second three-dimensional coordinate system, the wing-shaped hard sail is mounted on the corresponding mounting base. By means of the installation method and the installation base, the large wing-shaped hard sail can be installed on a large ship more easily and conveniently, the position precision of all components during installation is guaranteed, and application of the large wing-shaped hard sail in the large ship is promoted.

    本发明提供一种翼形硬质风帆的安装方法及安装基座,属于船舶设计及制造领域。本发明提供的安装方法,包括以下步骤:基于预设的第一三维坐标系,将主枢轴基座、锁销轴基座及油缸销轴基座进行分段定位并组装,得到安装基座;将安装基座运输至船舶上,并基于船舶上预设的第二三维坐标系,将安装基座在船舶上进行定位并安装;基于第二三维坐标系,将翼形硬质风帆安装于对应的安装基座上。通过本发明提供的安装方法及安装基座,可以使得大型翼形硬质风帆在大型船舶的安装更加简便,保障安装时各部件的位置精度,以促进大型翼形硬质风帆在大型船舶中的应用。
