The embodiment of the invention discloses an active side rod device and an aircraft control system, and the active side rod device comprises a mounting frame, a first rotating part, a second rotating part, a connector assembly, a control rod, a first force feedback assembly, a second force feedback assembly, a first motor and a first connecting rod mechanism. The first force feedback assembly is connected to the first rotating part and can apply first torsion to the first rotating part. The first motor is arranged on the mounting frame; the first connecting rod mechanism is connected to a first output shaft of the first motor and the first rotating piece so that the first output shaft can be in linkage with the first rotating piece. According to the embodiment of the invention, the force displacement characteristic of the control rod can be adjusted in real time through the first motor, and the control performance is improved. Meanwhile, the first force feedback assembly can serve as a backup, and after the first motor is powered off, the active side rod device still has force feedback. In addition, control rods in a plurality of active side rod devices in the aircraft control system can move synchronously.
