The base inclines towards the gravity center direction with the first steel wire rope as the axis, the base inclines under the action of the gravity of the base, and therefore after the base is inclined, the base can be kept in the current state and does not shake, and stability is good. And then a second steel wire rope is matched with a third lifting lug, the base is turned over by 90 degrees relative to the initial position, the base is converted into the horizontal state from the initial vertical state, and follow-up machining of the base is facilitated.

    本发明提供一种底座吊装方法,在吊起底座时,通过第一钢丝绳和第二钢丝绳同时对底座作用,使得底座稳定上升,第二钢丝绳防止底座在起升的过程中出现倾倒,同时由于第一吊耳偏移重心设置,进而第二钢丝绳的长度增大时,底座会以第一钢丝绳为轴心向向其重心方向倾斜,底座正是在自身的重力作用下发生倾斜,进而当底座完成倾斜后,其会保持在当前状态不发生晃动,稳定性好;然后通过第二钢丝绳与第三吊耳配合,对底座进行翻转,使底座相对起始位置翻转90°,底座从初始的竖直状态转换为水平状态,便于对底座进行后续加工。
