Through the arrangement of the bottom plate, the winding and unwinding shaft, the anti-skid shaft, the fixing base, the hydraulic motor, the worm, the connecting base, the worm gear, the I-shaped wheel, the rope penetrating hole, the anti-skid wheel and the rope walking groove, the rope anti-skid device has the functions of rope skid resistance, automatic loosening and biting, automatic winding, one-way transmission and rope guiding.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,尤其是一种起重机绳索收卷装置及收卷方法,包括底板,还包括:收放轴、防滑轴,收放轴、防滑轴均位于底板的上侧;四个固定座,固定座均固定在底板的上侧,固定座一侧均设有贯穿孔,收放轴、防滑轴转动连接在贯穿孔的内侧,收放轴、防滑轴的一侧均设有单向传动驱动组件,收放轴上设有收放承载组件,防滑轴上设有咬绳防滑组件,收放承载组件与咬绳防滑组件之间设有绳索导向组件。本发明通过设置底板、收放轴、防滑轴、固定座、液压马达、蜗杆、连接座、蜗轮、工字型轮、穿绳孔、防滑轮、走绳槽,使得本发明具有绳索防滑、自动松咬、自动收卷、单向传动、绳索导向的功能。
