The invention provides a helicopter damping seat based on variable rigidity suspension, comprising: a seat surface for bearing the weight of a helicopter driver; one end of the vertical spring is connected with the floor; one end of the vertical connecting rod is connected with the other end of the vertical spring, and the other end of the vertical connecting rod is connected with the center of the seat surface; one end of the horizontal spring is connected with the machine body structure; one end of the inclined connecting rod is connected with the other end of the horizontal spring, and the other end of the inclined connecting rod is connected with the vertex of the seat surface; meanwhile, the invention further provides a helicopter damping seat optimization method based on variable rigidity suspension. The vibration somatosensory at the position of the helicopter driver seat is optimized through the suspension system with the variable rigidity, and compared with conventional linear suspension with the non-variable rigidity, vibration of the driver seat is effectively reduced, the driving comfort is improved, and driving fatigue is reduced.
