The invention discloses an on-orbit use method of a novel green single-component propulsion system. Comprising a temperature control method of a propelling system after the propelling system enters an orbit along with a whole satellite, a preheating method of a catalyst bed of a single-component thrust chamber before first-time starting, a first-time starting function material removing method of the single-component thrust chamber, a starting method of the single-component thrust chamber for attitude and orbit control work of the propelling system, and a temperature control method of a standby process system of the propelling system. Through the formulation of the method, the influence of functional materials on the performance of the single-component thrust chamber is effectively eliminated, the problem of in-orbit use of a novel green single-component thrust system is solved, and the method is successfully applied to micro-nano satellites.
本发明公开了一种新型绿色单组元推进系统在轨使用方法,包括推进系统随整星入轨后推进系统的温控方法、首次启动前对单组元推力室催化床的预热方法、单组元推力室首次启动功能材料清除方法、推进系统姿轨控工作单组元推力室启动方法、推进系统待机过程系统的温控方法,通过上述方法的制定,有效消除了功能材料对单组元推力室性能的影响,并解决了新型绿色单组元推进系统在轨使用难题,在微纳卫星上得到了成功应用。
