The invention provides an elevator brake braking force monitoring method which can be applied to the technical field of elevator control and braking. The method comprises the following steps: controlling a brake to be tested to be closed at the end stage of normal operation of an elevator; the output torque of the frequency converter is slowly reduced to the minimum maintaining torque, and the displacement of the first motor is monitored; if the displacement of the first motor is greater than a preset threshold value, determining that the braking force of the brake to be tested is unqualified, sending a fault signal to a controller and executing a safety control strategy; and if the displacement of the first motor is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the braking force of the to-be-tested brake is qualified, controlling the other group of brakes to be closed, and ending brake braking force monitoring. According to the method, the brake failure caused by the fact that the brake cannot be correctly released can be monitored, and the lift car braking capacity of the two sets of brakes or one set of brakes can be monitored. The invention further provides a monitoring device for the braking force of the elevator brake, an elevator, a storage medium and a program product.

    本公开提供了一种电梯制动器制动力的监测方法,可以应用于电梯控制及制动技术领域。该方法包括:在电梯正常运行的结束阶段,控制待测试制动器闭合;减小变频器输出力矩缓降至最小维持力矩,并监测第一电机位移;若第一电机位移大于预设阈值,则确定待测试制动器的制动力不合格,将故障信号发送至控制器并执行安全控制策略;若第一电机位移小于预设阈值,则确定待测试制动器的制动力合格,控制另一组制动器闭合,制动器制动力监测结束。本公开的方法既可以监测出由于制动器不能正确释放而导致制动器失效,又能监测两组制动器或其中一组制动器的制停轿厢的能力。本公开还提供了一种电梯制动器制动力的监测装置、电梯、存储介质和程序产品。
