The invention discloses a method for increasing torsional rigidity of a supporting spherical hinge, the supporting spherical hinge comprises an outer sleeve, a hollow core shaft arranged in the outer sleeve and annular rubber located between the outer sleeve and the hollow core shaft, and the outer sleeve and the hollow core shaft are bonded together through vulcanization of the annular rubber. According to the method, at least one layer of cloth is wound in annular rubber in the circumferential direction of the annular rubber to serve as a torsional rigidity reinforcing material, so that the torsional rigidity of the supporting spherical hinge is improved. The torsion rigidity of the supporting spherical hinge can be increased, the deformation degree in the torsion direction is reduced, and therefore the torsion bar is prevented from colliding and making contact with other parts due to the fact that displacement is too large, and noise and abnormal sound are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种增加支撑球铰扭转刚度的方法,所述支撑球铰包括外套、设置在所述外套内部的空心芯轴和位于所述外套与空心芯轴之间的环形橡胶,外套与空心芯轴通过环形橡胶硫化粘接在一起,所述方法是在环形橡胶中且沿所述环形橡胶的周向缠绕至少一层以上的布料作为扭转刚度加强材料,以增加支撑球铰的扭转刚度。本发明能增加支撑球铰的扭转刚度,减小了扭转方向的变形程度,从而避免了扭杆位移过大与其他部件发生碰撞接触,降低了噪音和异响。
