The invention relates to the technical field of propeller variable pitch, and provides a digital propeller variable torque control device and a propeller variable torque control system.The digital propeller variable torque control device comprises a high-pressure gear pump, a digital hydraulic control element, a first oil way, a second oil way, a third oil way, a beta valve, a beta control valve, a beta blocking valve, a beta actuator and a variable pitch cylinder; the first oil way is communicated with the digital hydraulic control element, the beta valve and a rod oil cavity of the variable-pitch cylinder; the second oil way is communicated with the digital hydraulic control element and a rodless oil cavity of the variable-pitch cylinder; the digital hydraulic control element enables high-pressure oil provided by the high-pressure gear pump to flow out from the first oil way and return oil from the second oil way, or enables the high-pressure oil to flow out from the second oil way and return oil from the first oil way; the third oil way is communicated with the high-pressure gear pump, the beta control valve, the beta blocking valve and the beta actuator, the variable-pitch hub mechanism is connected with a piston rod of the variable-pitch cylinder, propeller blades are installed on the variable-pitch hub mechanism, and the control system has the advantages of being high in control precision and safety.
