The preparation of the auxiliary agent comprises the following steps: placing titanium dioxide in a closed environment for closed treatment at the treatment temperature of 213-219 DEG C, the treatment time of 30-34 minutes and the treatment pressure of 2.0-2.4 MPa, then reducing the temperature to 143-151 DEG C at the rate of 1.7-2.3 DEG C/min, performing closed treatment again for 37-43 minutes at the treatment pressure of 2.4-3.0 MPa, then reducing the temperature to 80-88 DEG C, increasing the pressure to 3.9-4.1 MPa, placing the titanium dioxide in steeping liquor for 23-27 minutes, and drying to obtain the auxiliary agent. The prepared tire tread rubber material is good in cutting resistance and excellent in strength performance, low temperature resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance and saline dipping resistance.
本发明提供一种轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,属于轮胎胎面胶技术领域;所述制备方法包括改性石墨烯、制备无机复合粉、制备助剂以及混炼步骤;所述制备助剂,将二氧化钛置于密闭环境中进行密闭处理,处理温度为213‑219℃,处理时间为30‑34min,处理压力为2.0‑2.4MPa,然后以1.7‑2.3℃/min速率降温至143‑151℃,再次密闭处理37‑43min,处理压力为2.4‑3.0MPa,之后降低温度至80‑88℃,升压至3.9‑4.1MPa,置于浸渍液中浸渍23‑27min,干燥,制得助剂。本发明制得的轮胎胎面胶料,耐切割性能好,强度性能,耐低温、紫外辐照以及盐水浸渍性能优异。
