The invention relates to the technical field of tire preparation, in particular to a weather-resistant and high and low temperature-resistant tire silicone rubber composition and a mixing method thereof. The invention relates to a weather-resistant high and low temperature-resistant tire silicone rubber composition, which comprises the following raw material components in terms of 100 parts by weight of rubber: 25-65 parts by weight of silicone rubber, 35-75 parts by weight of modified low cis-polybutadiene rubber, 30-50 parts by weight of carbon black, 2-6 parts by weight of an active agent, 2-4 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, and a proper amount of a plasticizer, an accelerant and a vulcanizing agent, and the silicone rubber is methyl vinyl silicone rubber 110-5. The silicone rubber composition disclosed by the invention has certain weather resistance and high and low temperature resistance, can be used for preparing the lunar rover tire, ensures that the tire tread does not generate large deformation quantity under the conditions of low temperature (as low as-180 DEG C) and high temperature (as high as 130 DEG C), and has no influence on ground gripping and other properties.

    本发明涉及轮胎制备技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种耐气候耐高低温的轮胎硅橡胶组合物及其混炼方法。一种耐气候耐高低温的轮胎硅橡胶组合物,所述硅橡胶组合物原料按橡胶100重量份计包括以下组分:硅橡胶25‑65重量份、改性低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶35‑75重量份、炭黑30‑50重量份、活性剂2‑6重量份、防老剂2‑4重量份,还包括适量的增塑剂、促进剂和硫化剂;所述硅橡胶为甲基乙烯基硅橡胶110‑5。本发明的硅橡胶组合物具备一定的耐候性和耐高低温性能,能够用于制备月球车轮胎,保证轮胎胎面在低温(低至‑180℃)与高温(高达130℃)条件下不会发生大形变量,同时对抓地及其他性能无影响。
