The invention discloses a method for acquiring K shortest paths of a city by considering real-time road conditions. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, constructing a city road network according to road condition information at a starting moment; 2, defining parameters and initializing; 3, searching the kth shortest path from the starting point intersection node to the terminal point intersection node at the current time; 4, searching the (k + 1) th shortest path from the starting point intersection node to the terminal point intersection node at the current time; and 5, according to the real-time road condition, obtaining K shortest paths from the starting point intersection node to the terminal point intersection node at the next time after the road condition is updated. According to the method, the calculation efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile, the K optimal travel paths more fitting the actual traffic condition can be obtained, so that stable and efficient operation of social traffic is guaranteed.
