The oil piston is provided with a one-way valve structure allowing oil to flow from the first oil cavity to the second oil cavity. The second communicating piece is arranged in the first communicating piece in a penetrating manner and is provided with a communicating oil channel for communicating the first oil cavity with the first oil channel, and a first damping gap is formed between the first communicating piece and the second communicating piece; the second adjusting piece is inserted into the connecting base, a second damping gap is formed between the first oil channel and the second adjusting piece, the second adjusting piece comprises a one-way adjusting structure allowing oil to flow from the oil storage cavity to the first oil cavity for oil supplement, and the overall oil way structure is simplified.
