The invention provides a non-motor vehicle retrograde driving personnel identification method and system based on mobile phone signaling. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring monitoring videos of a plurality of roads in one day and a first mobile phone signaling set in the range of the roads; determining a second mobile phone signaling set from the first mobile phone signaling set; judging whether the number of the mobile phone signaling in the second mobile phone signaling set is smaller than a number threshold value or not; if yes, taking the second mobile phone signaling set as a first suspected retrograde mobile phone signaling set; otherwise, taking the mobile phone signaling of which the total number is greater than the preset total number threshold value in the second mobile phone signaling set as the first target mobile phone signaling; inputting the first target mobile phone signaling into a second suspected retrograde mobile phone signaling set under the condition that the occurrence frequency of the driver holding the first target mobile phone signaling in the plurality of road monitoring videos within one day is greater than a first frequency threshold value; the first suspected retrograde mobile phone signaling set and the second suspected retrograde mobile phone signaling set are used as a final suspected retrograde mobile phone signaling set. According to the method, the mobile phone signaling of the retrograde person is screened from multiple angles, and the comprehensiveness of the screening result is enhanced.
本发明提供一种基于手机信令的非机动车逆行人员识别方法和系统,方法为获取一天内多个道路的监控视频及道路所在范围内第一手机信令集;从第一手机信令集确定第二手机信令集;判断第二手机信令集中手机信令数量是否小于数量阈值;如果是将第二手机信令集作为第一疑似逆行手机信令集;否则将第二手机信令集中总数大于预设总数阈值的手机信令作为第一目标手机信令;在持有第一目标手机信令的驾驶员在一天内多个道路监控视频中出现的次数大于第一次数阈值的情况下,将第一目标手机信令录入第二疑似逆行手机信令集;第一和第二疑似逆行手机信令集作为最终疑似逆行手机信令集。本发明以多重角度筛查逆行人员的手机信令,增强筛查结果的全面性。
