According to the composite material energy absorption box, the composite material energy absorption box is made of the fiber composite material, the corner reinforcing parts with the multiple inwards-concave angles are arranged at the inner corners of the main body through the section design, and therefore the energy absorption box can form multiple plastic hinges when being impacted, and the fiber composite material can effectively absorb energy. And meanwhile, by arranging the side edges with different buckling strengths, collapse guiding can be effectively conducted after collision, and the energy absorption stability is improved.
本发明具体涉及一种复合材料吸能盒以及防撞梁总成,包括主体主体为多条侧边围合形成的筒状结构,由延第一方向分布的连续复合纤维构成;以及拐角加强部,延第一方向连续形成于主体的内角处;其中,拐角加强部在垂直于第一方向的截面形状由至少两条内边构成的齿状线段和侧边围合形成。另外本发明还涉及一种应用上述吸能盒的防撞梁总成。本发明的复合材料吸能盒,通过采用纤维复合材料构成,并且通过截面设计,在主体的内角处设置具有多个内凹角度的拐角加强部,从而使吸能盒能够在受到撞击时形成多个塑性铰从而使纤维复合材料也能够实现有效吸能。同时本发明通过设置不同屈曲强度的侧边,可以有效在受到碰撞后进行溃缩引导,提高吸能稳定性。
