According to the whole vehicle arrangement structure of the hydrogen fuel cell logistics light truck, a cross beam in a frame unit is of an upwards-protruding arch structure, the containing space below the frame unit is enlarged, a second hydrogen system of a power unit is located between two longitudinal beams, the space below the frame unit is enlarged, and the second hydrogen system with the large radial size can be contained; the first hydrogen system is located on one side of the longitudinal beam, the length direction of the first hydrogen system and the length direction of the second hydrogen system are both parallel to the length direction of the longitudinal beam, the axial size of the first hydrogen system and the axial size of the second hydrogen system can be further and reasonably increased, and therefore the first hydrogen system and the second hydrogen system meet the long-distance endurance requirement of the vehicle. The first hydrogen system is located on one side of the longitudinal beam, and the power battery is located on the other side of the frame unit so as to improve the weight distribution uniformity of a vehicle chassis. Besides, according to the whole vehicle arrangement structure of the hydrogen fuel cell logistics light truck, the containing space is increased through reasonable layout, so that the whole vehicle arrangement structure adapts to the first hydrogen systems and the second hydrogen systems of various specifications.

    本发明公开一种氢燃料电池物流轻卡整车布置结构,车架单元中横梁为向上凸起的拱形结构,增大了车架单元下方的容置空间,动力单元的第二氢系统位于两纵梁之间,车架单元下方空间增大,能够容纳径向尺寸较大的第二氢系统,第一氢系统位于纵梁的一侧,第一氢系统和第二氢系统的长度方向均平行于纵梁的长度方向,有利于进一步合理增大第一氢系统和第二氢系统的轴向尺寸,以使第一氢系统和第二氢系统满足车辆长距离续航需求,第一氢系统位于纵梁的一侧,动力电池位于车架单元的另一侧,以提高车辆底盘重量分布均匀性;另外,本发明的氢燃料电池物流轻卡整车布置结构,通过合理布局,增大容置空间,以适应各种规格的第一氢系统和第二氢系统。
