The invention discloses a tilting device (100), a propeller (200) and water area movable equipment (1000). The warping device (100) comprises a fixed support (10), a rotary support (20), a power mechanism (30) and a first limiting piece (40). The first limiting piece (40) is used for releasing limitation on the first connecting mechanism (60) and/or the second connecting mechanism (70) when the upwarping device (100) is subjected to impact force so as to allow the rotating range of the rotating support (20) relative to the fixed support (10) to be increased.
