The invention discloses an electric vehicle thermal management mode control method. The method comprises the steps that the device state and environment parameters of an electric vehicle are obtained; judging a TMS state according to the device state, wherein the TMS state comprises a TMS unprepared state and a TMS prepared state; when the TMS state is that the TMS is not prepared, specifying an execution control scheme as an original state control scheme for the controller; judging a driving state according to the TMS state and the device state, wherein the driving state comprises a standby state, a charging state and a driving state; whether the controller enters a thermal management mode or not is judged according to the driving state, if the controller enters the thermal management mode, thermal management mode switching is executed according to the environment parameters, and a control instruction corresponding to the control scheme is sent to an electric vehicle device. According to the technical scheme, the problems of refrigeration coupling influence of the cab and the battery pack, single refrigeration control working condition and mutual interference of an internal condenser and an internal evaporator can be solved, and refrigeration optimization control of the battery and the cab under various working conditions is realized.

    本发明公开了一种电动车整车热管理模式控制方法,包括:获取电动车的器件状态和环境参数;根据器件状态判断TMS状态,TMS状态包括:TMS未准备状态、TMS准备状态;所述TMS状态为TMS未准备时,为所述控制器指定执行控制方案为原始状态控制方案;根据TMS状态和器件状态判断行车状态,所述行车状态包括待机状态、充电状态和驾驶状态;根据行车状态判断控制器是否进入热管理模式,如果进入热管理模式,根据环境参数执行热管理模式切换,向电动车器件发送控制方案对应的控制指令。根据上述技术方案,可以解决驾驶舱与电池包制冷耦合影响、制冷控制工况单一、内部冷凝器和蒸发器的互相干扰的问题,实现各种工况下电池与驾驶室的制冷优化控制。
