The invention discloses a vehicle control method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a condition that an understeering index for representing the understeering degree of the vehicle meets a first preset condition, and determining the understeering degree of the vehicle based on a current road surface friction coefficient and a preset corresponding relation between a basic acceleration and the road surface friction coefficient; acquiring a target acceleration; according to the target acceleration and the working condition parameters of the vehicle, feed-forward control force of the vehicle and closed-loop control force of a stable control system of the vehicle are obtained; and according to the feedforward control force, the closed-loop control force and the wheel rolling radius of the vehicle, target pressure is determined, and pressure build-up braking is conducted on the vehicle according to the target pressure. Thus, when it is detected that the vehicle has understeering, the vehicle is subjected to pressure build-up braking based on the determined target pressure, casualties and property losses caused by serious understeering of the vehicle can be avoided, and the driving safety is improved.
