The invention discloses a channel invalid data restoration method and system for a helicopter blade waving bending moment. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining a damaged channel of test equipment as a target channel; 2, selecting ordered and discrete data of the test channels with the same spanwise stations in the backup test blades as a base sample array; synchronously selecting a test channel of the same display station of the main test paddle and the backup test paddle, and calculating a linear factor array; and step 3, performing physical twinning processing on the base sample array in the step 2 to generate a sub-sample array, multiplying the sub-sample array by a linear factor array, executing dynamic correction on inherent deviation of a sub-sample row array to obtain a target sample row array, and endowing elements of the target sample row array to a target channel in sequence. According to the method, the problem that in the existing load measurement process of the helicopter blade, the test values of the flapping bending moments of different blades have deviations and are difficult to apply to the dynamic response calculation of the rotor blade is solved.
本发明公开一种直升机桨叶挥舞弯矩的信道无效数据修复方法和系统,包括:步骤1,确定测试设备损坏信道为目标信道;步骤2,选择备份测试桨叶中相同展向站位的测试信道的有序、离散的数据作为基样本数组;并同步选择主测试桨叶和备份测试桨叶相同展现站位的测试信道,计算线性因子数组;步骤3,对步骤2中的基样本数组进行物理孪生处理,生成子样本数组,并对子样本数组乘以线性因子数组,执行对子样本行数组的固有偏差的动态修正,得到目标样本行数组,将目标样本行数组的元素按序赋予目标信道。本发明解决了直升机桨叶的现有载荷测量过程中,由于不同桨叶挥舞弯矩的测试数值存在偏差,难以应用于旋翼桨叶动力学响应计算中问题。
