The invention relates to a vehicle rear-end collision avoidance method, device and system. The method is applied to a vehicle and comprises the steps that an avoiding instruction is received; obtaining target road surface information and target operation parameters of the vehicle; and based on the avoidance instruction, an avoidance path is planned according to the target road surface information and the target operation parameters of the vehicle, so that the vehicle avoids the rear target vehicle according to the avoidance path. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the avoidance path is planned for the vehicle by analyzing the conditions of the surrounding road surfaces and the conditions of the traffic participants, so that the vehicle can perform the avoidance action according to the avoidance path, and avoidance is performed on the premise of ensuring the safety of the vehicle so as to reduce the probability of rear-end collision by the rear vehicle.
