The invention relates to a multi-vehicle linkage transportation steering control system and an implementation method thereof.The control system comprises a steering wheel encoder, a mode selection switch, a programmable logic controller and a steering proportional valve, and the steering wheel encoder is installed below a steering wheel of a vehicle cab; the steering wheel encoder is installed on a cab instrument switch panel, the mode selection switch is installed on a cab instrument switch panel, the programmable controller is installed on a vehicle cab electric cabinet, the steering proportional valve controls steering of wheels, and the steering wheel encoder, the mode selection switch and the steering proportional valve are connected to the programmable controller through cables. According to the method, the accurate steering mathematical model is established through various known vehicle position measurable parameters, so that each wheel of each vehicle obtains an accurate steering angle parameter, the transportation stability and safety are ensured, and the transportation cost can be greatly saved.
本发明涉及一种多台车辆联动运输转向控制系统及其实现方法,所述控制系统包括方向盘编码器、模式选择开关、可编程控制器和转向比例阀,所述方向盘编码器安装在车辆驾驶室方向盘下方,所述模式选择开关安装在驾驶室仪表开关面板上,所述可编程控制器安装在车辆驾驶室电控箱,所述转向比例阀控制车轮转向,所述方向盘编码器、模式选择开关和转向比例阀分别通过电缆连接到可编程控制器。本发明通过各种已知的车辆位置可测量参数,建立准确的转向数学模型,从而使每辆车的每个轮子获得准确的转向角度参数,保证运输的平稳与安全,并且可以大量节约运输成本。
