The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft stall detection, and discloses an aircraft stall sensing unit and an aircraft stall sensing system. The aircraft stall sensing unit comprises a shell, a rotating unit, a friction power generation unit and a limiting assembly, and the shell is provided with an opening used for communicating the interior and the exterior of the shell. The rotating unit can rotate relative to the shell in the backflow airflow direction of the wing surface of the aircraft, and the limiting assembly is used for limiting rotation of the rotating unit in the laminar airflow direction of the wing surface of the aircraft. The friction power generation unit comprises an independent friction layer, an electrode pair and a dielectric friction group, the electrode pair comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged at an interval, and the dielectric friction layer comprises a first dielectric friction layer and a second dielectric friction layer which are arranged at an interval. When the rotating unit rotates relative to the shell in the backflow airflow direction of the wing surface, the independent friction layer rotates relative to the dielectric friction set and generates an electric signal through friction. The aircraft stall sensing unit can be used for judging whether the aircraft stalls or not.
