The embodiment of the invention discloses a refrigeration control method and device for a vehicle, equipment and a medium. The method is applied to the refrigerating system, the refrigerating system comprises a refrigerating circuit connected with an electric compressor, the refrigerating circuit comprises an electronic expansion valve, a cooler and a temperature sensor which are connected in sequence, and the method comprises the steps that if a refrigerating request is received, the electronic expansion valve is started based on the refrigerating request, and the target superheat degree to be reached of the refrigerating circuit is obtained; then, a sampling result is obtained through periodic sampling of a temperature sensor, the superheat degree of a refrigerating circuit is calculated in real time based on the sampling result, and the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve is adjusted based on the superheat degree obtained through real-time calculation, so that the flow of the coolant converted into liquid through an electric compressor is controlled; the superheat degree obtained through real-time calculation reaches the target superheat degree; and the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be continuously at the opening degree corresponding to the superheat degree reaching the target superheat degree. According to the technical scheme, the reliability of vehicle refrigeration control is improved.
