The invention discloses a train approaching detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a preset detection point based on at least two range finders; obtaining a distance measurement value D1 monitored by the first distance measurement instrument, and judging whether D1 is smaller than G or not; if yes, the duration T1 of the distance measurement value D1 is recorded, and whether T1 is larger than a preset threshold value or not is judged; if yes, acquiring a ranging value D2 monitored by the second range finder, and judging whether D2 is smaller than G or not; if the D2 is smaller than the D1, and the error between the D2 and the D1 is within the preset range, recording the duration T2 of the D2, and judging whether the T2 is greater than a preset threshold value or not; if yes, train approaching alarm information is generated. According to the method, the technical characteristics of length and width in a railway locomotive vehicle limit and the characteristic that a gap exists at a vehicle joint are utilized, and at least two laser range finders are used for cooperatively judging whether a train passes through a detection point or not; the method is simple and easy to implement, and high reliability is achieved with low cost.

    本发明公开了一种列车接近检测方法及系统,基于至少两台测距仪对预设检测点进行检测;获取第一台测距仪监测到的测距值D1,判断D1是否小于G;若小于,则记录测距值D1的持续时间T1,判断T1是否大于预设阈值;若大于,则获取第二台测距仪监测到的测距值D2,判断D2是否小于G;若小于,且D2与D1的误差在预设范围内,则记录D2的持续时间T2,判断T2是否大于预设阈值;若大于,则生成列车接近报警信息。本发明利用了铁路机车车辆限界中长度、宽度的技术特性,和车辆连接处存在间隙的特点,通过至少两台激光测距仪,协同判断通过检测点的是否为列车;本发明简单易行,用较低的成本,实现了较高的可靠性。
