The invention provides a dry ice anti-drag drape for an underwater vehicle and a preparation method of the dry ice anti-drag drape. The dry ice anti-drag drape is made of metal fibers and a dry ice composite material. The dry ice anti-drag drape wraps the aircraft shell and is matched with the aircraft shell in shape. According to the method, carbon dioxide supercavitation covering the vehicle is generated in a dry ice rapid sublimation gas production mode, the vehicle is isolated from water, and the purpose of efficient drag reduction is achieved.
