The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and particularly discloses a close-range coupling tandem wing layout unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a retainer, front positive lift wings, rear positive lift wings, a flight controller, propellers and an energy management system, the front positive lift force wings are fixedly arranged on the holder; the rear positive lift force wings are fixedly arranged on the holder, the rear positive lift force wings are located below the rear portions of the front positive lift force wings, and the rear positive lift force wings and the front positive lift force wings form a tandem wing layout; the propellers are positioned in front of the front positive lift wings; ailerons and elevators are arranged on the rear positive lift wings, and the ailerons and the elevators are electrically connected with the flight controller; according to the unmanned aerial vehicle with the close-range coupling tandem wing layout, two wings which can provide positive lift force are designed to be connected in series, and the aerodynamic performance of the whole vehicle is improved through the beneficial aerodynamic coupling effect.
