The invention provides a landing assist device. The aerial carrier platform (14) has a rising and falling surface (14a). An opening (16) is formed in the landing and landing surface (14a), said opening (16) being for loading and unloading cargo between the landing and landing surface (14a) and the flying body (12). A plurality of marks such as a mark (36A) are formed on the rising and falling surface (14a). Each mark is a graph or the like for determining the relative position between the flying body (12) and the aerial carrier platform (14). The opening (16) is formed on the rising and falling surface (14a) so that the edge (16a) of the opening (16) does not cross the mark.
