The invention discloses an elevator car stop device and an elevator. The elevator car stop device comprises a fixing mechanism, a magnetic mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The fixing mechanism comprises a fixing base fixed to the outer side wall of the lift car, a groove is formed in the side, away from the lift car, of the fixing base in a sunken mode, and a guide rail of the elevator movably penetrates through the groove. The magnetic mechanism comprises a plurality of magnetic assemblies, at least two magnetic assemblies are arranged on the two groove side walls of the groove in the second direction, each magnetic assembly comprises a magnetic base and a control rotating handle rotationally connected with the magnetic base, the control rotating handles protrude out of the magnetic bases, and the magnetic bases are installed on the groove side walls and located on one side of the guide rail. The magnetic base can be opened or closed when the control rotary handle rotates; the lifting mechanism comprises a transmission assembly and two lifting rods connected through the transmission assembly. The lifting rods ascend to drive all the control rotating handles in the same groove to rotate and open the magnetic bases. The elevator car stopping device can prevent the guide rails from being damaged when the elevator car is stopped, and the maintenance cost of an elevator can be reduced.
本发明公开一种电梯轿厢止动装置及电梯,包括固定机构、磁力机构和提拉机构。固定机构包括固定在轿厢外侧壁的固定座,固定座背离轿厢的一侧凹陷设置有凹槽,电梯的导轨活动穿设在凹槽内;磁力机构包括多组磁力组件,凹槽在第二方向两个槽侧壁均设置有至少两组磁力组件,每组磁力组件均包括磁力座和与磁力座转动连接的操控旋柄,操控旋柄凸出于磁力座的外部,磁力座安装在槽侧壁上并位于导轨的一侧,操控旋柄转动时能够打开或关闭磁力座;提拉机构包括传动组件和通过传动组件连接的两个提拉杆,提拉杆的上升能够驱动同一个凹槽内所有操控旋柄转动并打开磁力座。电梯轿厢止动装置在制停轿厢时能防止导轨损伤,有利于降低电梯的维护成本。
