The invention provides a diversion canal underwater control excavation system and a construction method.     本发明提供引水渠水下控制开挖体系及施工方法,采用引水渠水下精确测量技术、钻孔平台快速定位技术、水下快速钻孔技术、水下液压控制岩石开挖技术。其主要施工步骤包括:引水渠水下地形精确测量,钻孔平台加工及水中定位,水下快速钻孔施工,水下液压控制岩石开挖,引水渠水下碎石清除。本发明具有引水渠水下地形测量精度度高;钻孔平台稳定好、定位迅速、移位方便;水下多点成孔作业,施工速度快;水下液压控制岩石开挖,相关设备可以重复施工,施工速度快,另外避免爆破作业施工中污染大、施工要求高等问题,本发明与传统施工技术相比,施工速度快、无污染、成本可控,取得了显著的经济、环保和社会效益,具有较好的推广应用前景。
