According to the invention, the self-excitation short circuit monitoring technology is combined with the actual operation condition of the urban rail traction converter, and the supporting capacitors of the converter system are all in a high-voltage state through the working states of the train traction converter system under different line conditions, namely under three line conditions of train acceleration, coasting and deceleration determined by a train working diagram; a self-excitation short circuit monitoring function is selected for monitoring after a train enters a shutdown process and a supporting capacitor finishes discharging; through operation characteristics of a traction inverter, it is determined that a support capacitor completes discharging and an upper computer PWM control signal is continuously locked to serve as a comprehensive criterion for shutdown of a converter, and the basis serves as a self-excitation short circuit monitoring function execution moment. Therefore, the self-excitation short circuit technology can be applied to the urban rail traction converter on line, and the operation of power electronic equipment is more reliable.
本发明将自激短路监测技术与城轨牵引变流器实际运行工况相结合,通过列车牵引变流系统在不同线路情况下的工作状态,即在由列车运行图决定的列车加速、惰行、减速的三种线路工况下变流系统支撑电容均处于高压状态,选取自激短路监测功能在列车进入停机流程支撑电容完成放电后进行监测动作;通过牵引逆变器工作特性,确定支撑电容完成放电且上位机PWM控制信号持续闭锁作为变流器停机的综合判据,以此基础作为自激短路监测功能执行时刻。使得自激短路技术能够在线应用于城轨牵引变流器中,电力电子设备运行更加可靠。
