The invention provides a highway traffic parameter estimation method based on an evaluation index improved FCM, and mainly improves an FCM state division algorithm. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing stabilization processing and denoising on expressway traffic data through empirical mode decomposition to reduce errors caused by data fluctuation, and constructing a data matrix input by a model; and then, starting from section level and road level scales, establishing a multi-dimensional traffic state evaluation index system, and proposing an improved FCM algorithm based on the system to realize accurate division of traffic states. And finally, combining traffic state division and a deep learning method, constructing an adaptive time sequence analysis prediction model, and performing short-time prediction on the flow and the speed, thereby obtaining a dynamic traffic parameter estimation result. According to the method, a road physical structure is introduced, and the road network traffic state is dynamically evaluated by using the improved FCM algorithm, so that a highway manager can improve the traffic management and scheduling capability, and the overall operation performance of the road network is optimized.

    本发明提出了一种基于评价指标改进FCM的高速路交通参数估计方法,主要改进了FCM状态划分算法。首先,通过经验模态分解对高速公路交通数据进行平稳化处理和去噪,以减少数据波动带来的误差,构建模型输入的数据矩阵。接着,从断面级和路段级尺度出发,建立多维交通状态评价指标体系,并基于此体系提出改进的FCM算法,实现交通状态的精准划分。最后,结合交通状态划分和深度学习方法,构建自适应时间序列分析预测模型,对流量和速度进行短时预测,从而获得动态的交通参数估计结果。本发明方法引入了道路物理结构,并利用改进的FCM算法对路网交通状态进行动态评价,有助于高速公路管理者提升交通管理与调度能力,优化路网的整体运行性能。
